UMC Care is a mobile application developed by Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital to support patients in managing personal and family health records. The UMC Care application has the following main functions:

Register for online medical examination • Make an appointment with your desired specialist • Choose an appropriate examination time • View medical history • Receive appointment notifications and follow-up appointment reminders

Online payment • Hospital fee payment: examination registration, appointment form, prescription, inpatient advance... • Track payment history

Health record management • View Personal and Family Health Records • View Treatment results, Paraclinical results, PACS images, Prescriptions, Hospital discharge papers

Health record management • View individual and family vaccination records

Reminder of medication schedule • Set and track medication reminders for yourself and your loved ones • Effective assistant to remind and control your medication intake every day

VAT invoice • Look up and download Value Added invoices

Monitor your health at home • Helps you monitor your health right at home such as: Blood pressure, weight, blood sugar
